Paul Summers posted an update: I am a PhD candidate at the University of Portsmouth as well wroking full time at Portsmouth City Council. I am undertaking an action research project based on my work at PCC in the domain of project management. I am using a systemic approach to improve performance driven by an innovative (for my environment at least) learning and development programme. I will be presenting at the ISSS conference in Hull in the SABI SIG.
